Real World Experience Steve's "real world" experience comes from years of working in progressive roles. He started his manufacturing career during his first year of college as an assembly technician, moving on to starting his own engineering design and manufacturing company eight years later. This provided years of hands-on experience exercising six-sigma, implementing lean initiatives, and managing continuous improvement programs. The most recent years have been spent both utilizing the experiences gained, as well as learning, while providing expertise and project management services to a number of companies throughout the world. Publications In the late 1980's, Steve presented various papers at technical conferences, which were subsequently published. He was also published in Converting Magazine (March 1989), providing the cover story related to setting standards for metallizers. Results-Oriented Steve's strong people skills, business savvy and technical aptitude achieve a results-oriented team environment that fosters self-motivation, open acceptance of responsibility and a positive attitude toward new challenges and change.
